The Brotherhood of St. Andrew is looking for men who are willing to pray daily for the spread of Christ’s Kingdom among men and boys, who are willing to study the Holy Scriptures, and bring others nearer to Christ through His Church.
Are you this kind of man? Are you willing to join other men who are willing to stand up for their faith and to witness to all who would hear you? Do you pray daily? Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? Do you want to?
Volunteers are needed now! We are to be Disciples of Christ and spread the Good News! Are you willing to spend time to be part of this mission? Are you willing to work hard?
Rise to the call and stand up for your faith! You are never alone. Jesus said, ”I am with you always.’ Jesus also said, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.” Let us make this journey together, giving faithful service along the way, enduring any disappointments, persevering for His sake and giving glory to His Name.
The Brotherhood of St. Andrew… is named for Saint Andrew who, according to John’s Gospel, after meeting Jesus, went to find his brother Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah.” Then he took Simon to Jesus.
The Brotherhood of St. Andrew enters its second century of ministry. Emulating the act of Andrew, the first Brothers Andrew reached out to men in rooming houses, giving them Bibles and inviting them to come to church to hear for themselves the witness of Scripture to God’s love and His Son, Jesus. They brought people to be baptized and confirmed in the church. They brought them to Christ’s Kingdom. The Brotherhood grew and became international in scope.
We know from the cumulative experiences of the past there is no limit to this ministry. No limit as long as we are extending God’s love and sharing Jesus Christ with the world.
The Brotherhood of St. Andrew is NOT another men’s group, it a ministry for men and young men. It is a ministry of prayer, study and service. If you believe that you are called to this ministry or have questions or concerns, please contact George Richter at 780-2127.

participants to arrive at work by 8:00am. We
encourage and welcome everyone to attend. If you
should have to leave the meeting early it is not a
sin. If you are not currently receiving a mailed or email version of the meeting notice and want to be added to the notification list please call Don Miller, 939-7000 between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Please join us and bring a guest. |
